Vincent is a large and luminous 2-bedrooms apartment located on the 3rd and top floor of “Maison Lafayette Quinconces”, a 19th century bourgeois building in the heart of Bordeaux’s golden triangle and a few steps from Place des Quinconces.

Prime location

The building of classic architecture from the end of the 18th century, is located on a course shaded by linden trees, halfway between Place Tourny and the famous Place des Quinconces, whose 12 hectares of tree-lined esplanade make it the largest place in Europe. Materials and colors play

In the large living room, the sober decoration where massive oak or walnut wood, leather and linen come together, is inspired by the works of the Dutch painter Vincent Van Gogh, whose palette was illuminated under the sun of south of France in Arles.

Comfort, elegance and environmental consciousness

For furniture, equipment and lighting, craftsmanship, French manufacturing and “upcycled” materials were favored.

A Queen size bed and plenty of storage space in the two large bedrooms. Walk-in shower and hairdryer for the bathroom. Separate toilets. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, induction hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven and large refrigerator equip the functional kitchen bathed in natural light.

In this ancient but well-insulated apartment, blackout curtains and air fans have been installed to maintain coolness in summer and heat in winter.
